Kindly read the Instructions given below very carefully:

1. Age Criteria: Born between 1st April 2016 and 31st March 2017

2. The form should be submitted by paying online registration fee of Rs.25/- (non refundable) only

3. Kindly ensure that the relevant Category is selected.

Category A - Sibling Category - In case sibling is studying in BBPS, Rohini

Category B - Staff Category - In case parent is a regular staff member of BBPS, Rohini.

Category C - Alumni Category - In case parent is Ex-student of BBPS, Rohini.

Category D - Sibling & Alumni Category - In case applicant belongs to Sibling as well as Alumni category of BBPS, Rohini.

Category E - General Category – In case applicant doesn’t belong to any of the given categories (A , B, C & D)

4. Last Date of Online Registration : 27th December 2019

5. A confirmation of your submission will be sent on Father's email id/registered email id.

6. You need to drop the printout of the Confirmation Form ,duly signed, in the Drop Box at the school gate no.1 along with printout of the distance calculated by the google maps.(Mandatory)

7. Last date of depositing the Confirmation Form is 27th December, 2019. The same will not be processed if it is not received by 27th December, 2019 by 14:00 Hrs.

NOTE:

For neighbourhood criteria, distance will be calculated from Bal Bharati Public School, Sector – 14, Rohini. However, as per DOE Order No. DE.15(105)/PSB/2017/14826-14835 dated 04.08.2018 and MC Resolution passed on 13.10.2018, the Pre-Primary I (Pre-School) classes will be held at Bal Bharati Public School, Sector – 25, Rohini for the session 2020-21.

No change in the name of child or spellings and also in the name of parents will be entertained after online registration. So please ensure correct names/spellings in the Registration Form.

No cutting/overwriting is permitted on the confirmation form.

Attach printout of the distance calculated by google maps.

Please donot fill more than one form, else the child's candidature will get cancelled.

All communication will be made through the applicant's father's mobile & email. In case of single parent, the details of the parent should be repeated in both columns(pertaining to parental information).

Uploading child's father's and mother's photograph is mandatory. Photograph size should be below 100kb. Only JPEG or JPG photo is allowed. Please upload recent photograph (clicked not more than 2 months ago).

If the Address/Distance/DOB or any other information supplied by the applicant is found to be incorrect at any point, the registration of the applicant shall be cancelled with immediate effect.
