Kindly read the Instructions given below very carefully :

1. Age of the child as on 31-03-2021 should be from 3 years to 4 years (i.e. born between 01.04.2017 and 31.03.2018).

2. Kindly read the Instructions carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection.

3. Kindly furnish the details of Online transaction of Rs.500/- (NON REFUNDABLE) towards Registration Fee in the Online Form in the relevant column.

4. Please provide at least one phone number of both (Father and Mother) in the column(s) provided for future communication.

5. After submission, take a print out of the pdf file, for which link is available as well as emailed to you). Please ensure that the form should be duly signed by the parents before submitting to the School office

6. Fee for the current session (2020-2021) can be viewed under admission tab on the school website. For session 2021-2022 fee structure is yet to be decided. Kindly note that the school charges fees strictly as per the guidelines of Uttar Pradesh self-financed independent schools fee regulation act.

7. For Sibling (OP)-Elder child of the parent should be studying in BBPS ludhiana only.

8. For Alumni benefit- Passed both or either X & XII boards from the school (BBPS ludhiana) with minimum 5-year stay in the school.

9. Essential Documents to be attached with the form Municipal Birth Certificate of the Child Proof of residence. (Ration Card/ Voter ID/Electricity/Telephone Bill/ Passport) Medical Fitness Certificate. Aadhaar card of the child (If not available can be submitted later)

11. All communications will be done through mobile number & email id of the child's parent. The mobile number and the email id provided for registration will be blocked after submission of form and cannot be used for another submission.

12. It is mandatory to submit the Receipt, Admission Form and Annexure, duly signed by the parents, at the time of Admission of your ward.

13. Proof of residence should be in the name of the parents only.
