Points to note
1. Parent shall carefully and thoroughly read the Instructions provided in the School Website before filling
the form
to avoid rejection or other issues.
2. For admission in Class Pre School, the child should have been born between October 1, 2016 and
December 31, 2017 as per directions of the Govt. of Maharashtra. Children born after December 31, 2017
(OR) before October 1, 2016 will not be considered for admission
3. Limits of residency
• Admission in Class Pre School is meant primarily for residents of Kharghar – CBD Belapur.
• However, staff wards, siblings, children of core CIDCO employees residing in other nodes will be
permitted
to submit registration but are required to note that no school bus service will be available in such
nodes.
• CBD-Belapur limits start from Artist Colony and extends up to Belpada and excludes all sectors of
Belapur
on the western side of highway (towards Pune).
• Valid residency proof is a must for all admissions including in Class Pre School and shall be produced
(if
selected) for verification and record. Residency proof shall be in the name of parent only.
4. Stages of registration are as follows: Read till the end of this page and then click to proceed (to)
Payment of Registration Fee (to) Filling of Registration Form (to) Printing of registration form in pdf form
(to) submission of printed registration form.
5. Registration Fee of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) is to be made online only.
6. After the payment of registration fee, the parent can proceed to fill the online registration form
providing all details including details of registration fee paid, mobile number(s) of parents, etc.
7. After online registration, parent shall take a print out of the pdf file, for which link will be
available as well as emailed to you. Parent(s) have to sign the print out, before submitting to the School
office.
8. For “Documents to be submitted” along with the print out of registration form, please read the
notification in the
School Website.
9. Fee for the current session (2020-2021) can be viewed under admission tab on the school website. For
session 2021-2022 fee structure is yet to be decided.
10. For sibling admission, the elder child of the parent should be presently studying in BBPS Navi Mumbai
only.Cousins are not siblings.
11. All communication will be done through mobile number & email id of the child's parent. The mobile number
and the email id provided for registration will be blocked after submission of form and cannot be used for
another submission.
12. It is mandatory to submit the Admission Application Receipt and Admission Form, duly signed by the
parents, at the time of Admission of your ward.
13. Mere submission of registration form does not guarantee admission in Class Pre School.
