The School Fee is collected on a quarterly basis over 4 quarters in a year. We are in the [stringqtr] Quarter i.e [month], [SchoolYear] for fee collection.
The fee for a given quarter is required to be paid by the 20th of the First Month of the said Qtr. Hence, the fees for the [stringqtr] Qtr should have been paid by [DueDate] without fine.
